How Can You Book a Home Through Propsoch?
The Guided Homebuying Program at Propsoch contains 5 stages all the way from understanding your preferences to getting the keys to your dream house.

We understand your needs and preferences. Here is where we find out your budget, family structure, future plans, must-haves, nice-to-haves, location preferences, and so on.

This is where the Loyalty Reward comes in.
Propsoch Loyalty Reward System
Our revenue stream comes from the referral fees we get when you book a property through us. This comes from developers for bringing in homebuyers to their properties.
In order to ensure unbiased advisory, we cap our referral fees at ₹1.5L/Cr.
What this means is that we only collect ₹1.5L for every crore of the property value, and give the rest to you.
If you book a property of ₹2.5 Cr and our referral fees is 3%, we make roughly ₹3.75L, and we give the rest of the ₹3.75L back to you.
