If your requirements are not met in the primary market supply, we will activate our network of other brokers to get you options from the resale market. Please note, that this will be our last resort as the transaction is not standardised and messy. Also, in this case you will be required to pay a brokerage of 1% + GST.

Booking: We will help you negotiate, connect with loan & financing experts, navigate the payment terms, and seal the deal for a property you can really call home. But that’s not all, we will help you after you book the property too.
